Healthy eating

Eating healthy not because it is very tasty but because of the benefits. The benefits of not having to pay thousands of dollars later on in the future due to health issues, the benefit of having a beautiful skin, and the benefit of enjoying a happy life due to knowing that you are now allowed to have pizza a few more times since you take care of all your other meals. Pizza is life. So my question to you is, how many healthy meals do you take in a week? And for those who have been eating healthy for a long time, HOW DO YOU DO IT?
